Sign-ups will close at the end of the day on the Monday before WHA, but we appreciate signing up earlier than that so we can accurately plan for events.

Of course! You can either partner with your church to become a sponsoring church or you can contact Jason directly to make a gift to support the ministry.

We recommend participating churches begin promoting WHA no later than 6 weeks before the event to provide enough time to get the word out and get their people involved.

Because sponsoring churches help plan the events, we would like to begin conversations with them 4-5 months before WHA.

Of course! Just make sure that the two events do not overlap and you have enough time to get between locations.
